Rune Velleità! The monochromatic man of the forest of Gehenna's wish! He is a very silly and happy man who loves to joke with people!....if people even visited him...

He was originally a reaper who worked for a person that wasn't authorized by King Marrowell, king of the demons and reapers.......which caused him to do a thing that was against reaper conduct: taking the souls of ghosts without permission. If you were to talk to him about it, he would stay quiet with a very grim look.
